Dusty is currently Ikasucon's Director of Programming, coordinating live events, cosplay, panels, and video/tabletop gaming. He's been with Ikasucon since 2002 in various roles including Department Head (Registration, Panels, Con Ops) and former Director of Relations.
His favorite anime is Gundam Wing and he's also an avid fan of game shows.
