Game ShowsIkasucon's game shows are back and better than ever! Last year, one lucky congoer won over 15,000 yen in prizes! Could this be your lucky convention? There are more game shows than ever at Ikasucon. Convention favorites Anime Family Feud and Who Wants To Be An Anime Millionaire return to the spotlight, along with two BRAND NEW shows! Join two of our esteemed guests of honor as they help their teammates climb The Anime Pyramid! And then cosplayers get to shine as special models for Anime Deal or No Deal, also with a 100,000 yen top prize. (hint hint, cosplayers: this is another great way to show off your costume on stage in Main Events!)
KaraokeTake American Idol, and get rid of the crass judges, and you have our Karaoke sessions. Bring your favorite music, your friends, and your voice and show us what you've got! We'll have two sessions for you to belt it out.
The DanceYou're here with several hundred of your closest friends. Why not have a party? Saturday night's all right for dancing the hours away. Your favorite anime, j-pop, and video game music has been remixed for your grooving pleasure.
Anime Music VideosIkasucon's AMV exhibitions show off the creativity and technical skill of some brilliant minds. You'll laugh. You'll cry, and inevitably, you'll have that one song stuck in your head for the rest of the weekend. Vote for your favorites -- the winners get some pretty awesome swag!
Panels/WorkshopsWhat is this thing they call "yaoi?" How do you pilot a Gundam? How do I break through into the anime voice acting business? These questions and many more will be answered by our panelists and guests of honor, who will be conducting a smorgasboard of events. There's bound to be at least one panel of interest to you, no matter what your age or experience with anime.
